My kitchen mural
Ever since I could remember I wanted a mural in my kitchen. When I was little my Aunt and Uncle had a mural in there kitchen--it was a small village with a train running through and the train looked as if it was going to come right out on the kitchen table. I was fascinated by it. Well times have changed and by golly I have grown up--but still no mural. I met an nice lady and her husband---they live in Florida--and they have a vinyl art business and they made me a fairy girl with butterflies and I added the poppies and--here she is. Now I have a sorta mural and it is in my kitchen and she is standing just above the table. I like it. MB

Pretty design.( I thought about H.C.Andersen`s books.)
I like this a lot, too. And so glad you finally got your mural...you waited a long time.
But, please notice, it took someone from Florida to get it done! Heh, heh!
Cool, MB! Your wish has been granted.
So, you've wanted one ever since you were a little girl? That's NOT "a long time," as Jacob suggested! It's only twenty or so years, right?! ;-}
Your 'sorta' mural is very nice. I like it.
Good for you, MB. We're never too old to have a happy childhood!
So is she the "I'll fix dinner for you" Fairy or the "I'll wash dishes for you" Fairy? Or perhaps the "Stay in Bed, I'll bring you a steaming mug of cocoa" Fairy?
;-)
Good for you MB. We should all have a wish granted once in a while.
Are wall stickers the craze in the States too?
This one is one of the prettiest I have ever seen, it's delicate and poetic!
How pretty... I love the butterflies... Maybe the figure on that angel is there to tell us not to eat so much. Ya think???? (I'm only talking about ME here!!!!)
Hugs,
Betsy
how cool is that! I'm so happy for you that you got it made!
I love this MB. I painted a mural on a living room wall in an apartment once. It cost me dearly to have it painted out.
Mike and I were just talking today about making a large wall mural from some of my photos.
I, too, thought of Andersen. This is wonderful. Could we see a long shot to put it into context within your kitchen?
