Graduation

My Grand son Michael graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2013---it was a big deal.  He graduated cum laude in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology.  Smart kid.  He works with at risk children and adults in Spokane.

Searching for Bigfoot

Up Hwy 2 going East  up in the mountains you will find a pull out with a coffeestand and other stuff.
We actually stopped to take pictures of the waterfall way off in the mountain---It is either Bridal Falls or Sunset Falls---they are both in the same area.  We found bigfoot instead.  Remember the TV series Harry and the Hendersons?  I do but can't say I ever watched it.  Sorry

That's Hwy 2 to the left of the sign

Mosaic Monday

Our friend Maggie from Normandy who hosts Mosaic Monday is having internet problems and may not be able to go about her duties as host to MM.  I shall post a Mosaic and hope all problems will be solved.
Thank you
Two mosaic---one of flowers and one of the new pup my daughter found at a gas station in the trash and one just because......

Two Morning Glories some striped Gazanias and some Orange Prince Venidiums
This is Toola.  We think she is about 5 months old---a real sweetheart

The whole saying is actually "Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be"  supposedly said by Abraham Lincoln

If all goes well I will add the link later so just "ENJOY"

Going for a walk

Bingo loves to walk out in the wayback pasture.  Bob used to have cows here but in time he was too busy with other maybe unforseen things that the cows are no more.  We brought the horses here for awhile but there is just too too much grass for them. The grass gets 6-8ft high. Bob mows here and then I have a good place to walk and Bingo has a good place to play and hunt.
Two day ago
The first part of the lower pasture and then a stand of scrub trees and looking into our woods
Pasture abuts the Tree Farm---no neighbors--EVER
 That's Bingo out there

Looking across to the tree farm
In the upper pasture behind the house and barn and veggi  gardens
