Sky Watch Friday

Today we had some different weather.  Very mild out--almost Springlike but huge winds.  We had an appointment in Mount Vernon but the whole town was shut down as was Burlington too.  Stores closed--traffic lights not working--so we go back home.  I took this pic of the sky as we headed south on I-5.  Our power was still on but all around us OUT.
All is well now---tomorrow's weather much calmer and sunny---again Springlike for the Winter Solstice

That is one element that we have plenty of, the wind, it's always present. Nice looking sky, MB.

What a sky! Those must have been the same winds referenced by another blogger in the area.

Heard about that wind and all the damage it caused on your side of the mountains. Such an interesting sky. Glad your power stayed on!
