10th St. Boat Launch

Coming home from Whidbey Island on Thursday I showed the Everett Boat Launch to the kids and we watched boats and a beautiful sunset.
The Boat Launch is on Port Gardiner Bay which is part of North Puget Sound which is the gateway to the San Juans, Salish Sound and the Pacific Ocean. MB

I can never get enough of clouds and water, and of course nobody who does Skywatch can ever get enough sunsets--and here you go with all three. Yes we did get a white Christmas, and the dogs loved it. I'll probably post photos some time this week. Thanks for stopping by and reminding me that you live in such a great place. Have a terrific new year!

Great images! What beautiful country! (Is that the right term for the area around an ocean?!)

Those starfish were incredible you posted a few days ago!

I really liked the Christmas Eve images -- the one of Santa and his reindeer is great.

I read a series of books by Mary Daheim called the Alpine mystery series -- every book begins with a letter of the alphabet. I am just starting Alpine Recluse tonight - #18!

Her books are easy to read and light hearted. She mentions Everett often in the series which takes place in a make believe town called Alpine, Washington - right on Hwy 2.

Hope you and your family had a nice Christmas!
