It seems all the farmers are out now---you know the old saying "make hay while the sun shines"--well better to work in the sun than the rain.
This sign is just down the road from here
We were behind this fellow and off he went to make dust---that's what farmers do ya know
This guy really making hay while the sun shines---or silage
Which these girls LOVE!

Busy times for farmers, we see them working on the lands as well. Nice photos, Mary Beth.
Great signs.
...some rigs here take up more than half the road.
This is definitely a busy time for them.
Such wonderful farming scenes!
That last shot is sooo cute. I remember the back roads in farming country in Minnesota...you'd often run into a tractor or some other farm equipment on the road and just had to be patient until you could get around it ... some farmers would pull off the road and let you go by. Others got a kick out of watching you cool your heels behind them. :) Love your photos again, MB!
Those tractors are a common sight here right now. You see them working the land, hauling stuff on the road, they are everywhere. You have to share the road and be patient. Tis the season. Lovely photos, MB.
Hey MB, how's about if, on a hot day, I was making frozen margaritas? Would you line up then? :)
I love that last...but then I love the farming scenes, too.
Same sort of thing is happning around here these days.
An un-missable sign!
