The Daffodil fields in the Valley are in full bloom.
These fields are planted by Roozen family (Washington Bulb Farm). They
supply bulbs and cut flowers all over the USA. Hundreds of acres here
and there all over the valley. It is like a treasure hunt.
Never worry about getting on a soap box on my blog - I'm rather people post things they believe in!
What surprised me about the thrown money was the (in my opinion) clear link to non-christian rituals that such actions are based on. I don't think relines are very tolerant of each other - and here were Christians sacrificing money in the hope of altering the future. Maybe (as I think I said) I think too much!
They are beautiful. We don't have much of anything in bloom here in Ohio yet. I know a farmer North of us about ten miles, planted fields of sunflowers one year, they were beautiful, seeing so many in one spot.
Yes, we did marry younger back in the 50's. But most of those marriages did or have lasted. Divorce is way too easy now a days, I think some get married, assuming they can divorce if not happy with the new spouse. No one is happy all the time. It's just not possible, living with someone 24/7. LOL
A drive through the Skagit Valley was always a fun thing to do with Mom. I guess we'll miss it this year. Some things are easier skipping for a while. - Margy
Your fairy is called Columbine Goblindancer She is a bringer of riches and wealth. She lives in mushroom fields and quiet meadows. She is only seen when the bees swarm and the crickets chirrup. She wears lilac and purple like columbine flowers. She has gentle green wings like a butterfly.

how absolutely awesome!
Such a glorious sight. I'll bet those fields represent a lot of money!
Don't much like our gators, huh? Sheesh!
That's a sight to behold! Lovely shots!
Great shots - and a sunny day too. We were at the same gardens on a cloudy day - they are beautiful any day.

Ok, ok, mine look so sparse now... :-) Then again, I don't have fields! This is so beautiful!

These golden beauties give me hope that Spring will actually arrive.
So beautiful! Seems like the whole town would be happy surrounded with color like that.
How I love yellow. Just once I would love to be in this photo, surrounded by all these flowers. Peace
