Skagit Valley is blooming gold. The fields of Daffodils are all blooming now and next will be the many colors of Tulips. There are two main growers here. Roozengaard (the Washington bulb Co. the largest in the nation) and De Goede (Tulip Town). The Tulip Festival is the whole month of April. Come on out for a visit.

I've never, never seen so many daffodils all at one time. Amazing!
Aha! I thought I might use your posts as a distant looking glass. Looks like the peak season might be just a bit early this year? Are the field tulips blooming as well?
Spring break is wonderful for having grandkids do the lawnmowing, eh?

I cherish the 1/2 dozen or so I manage to grow in my garden. How beautiful your world is.

Wow! What glorious colours!
I had a serious spot of bother taking my last picture, it was very unpleasant.
How lovely and I think it would be wonderful to be there in April to see all the tulips. Bingo is a cute dog and have you named your red Vespra yet? Peace
Lucky you, awash in all those brilliant bold colors for weeks now. Will be there soon with camera in hand. Hope you'll capture much of it in your splendid phototography to share with all of us too.
I would love to visit Washington. The field looks very nice. Do you just get to see those as your driving down the road? What a view.
Do you ever get the urge to dive right into them? There is nothing like the smell of daffodils!
Wow! Wow! Wow!
Oh how glorious!!!

Greetings from Juneau, Alaska!
You are so blessed to live where the flowers are blooming. I can't wait to see the bulbs blooming.
I remember going on weekend trips with my family, as a child, and seeing the fields of tulips and daffodils. It's truly a surreal experience.
Thanks for sharing!
