Sunday August 10, 2014 is supposed to be the largest looking moon of 2014 actually an illusion. One would be hard pressed to see any difference between this full moon and the last full moon.

WOW! Fantastic shots, MB!
Driving home I saw it. No big deal to me, but you certainly GOT it!
i saw it this morning. :) love the evergreen in front!
Your photos are breath taking, especially the large one with a needled branch across the centre of the moon.
The moon seemed brighter last night although I couldn't say if it appeared bigger.
Thank you for linking with Mosaic Monday.
Nice captures, MB!
Beautiful moon shots, MB! I had a look at it last evening on my way home.
The super moon gave so many of us wonderful photo opportunities. I'm visiting from Mosaic Monday.
Lovely shots of the event! Such a nice vantage point you had!
I knew you'd post some great moon photos today! :))
Nah...you must have used a tripod to get these mighty fine moon shots! Stop kidding me. Love the orangy pie.
I watched it here last night and it rose through the trees...fabulous collage!
I did not realize it was the largest of the year...even if it is just an illusion. At least you got some great pictures! I love those two on the left side!
Very nice moons - our evening was a little too cloudy for pictures. Oh well.

All full moons are just gorgeous...they inspire us here on earth to write poems & songs, paint pictures and take photos! It's so interesting the effect the moon always has on us. Such nice photos!
We watched up come up here too. I love the photo of the moon behind the tree branches. Peace
The photos are super even if the moon isn't.
