Sailing on to Seattle

Caught this ship heading to Seattle as I was on Whidbey Island.

I tried to track her on my AIS, but that is a very, very busy area!

It would appear to be a container ship carrying, well, containers. That first photo is quite a sight what with dry land, water, ship and gorgeous mountains. In fact, they are both so good I can barely contain myself!

Although the second photo gives a good indication of the size of the container ship, I really like your first photo for the setting.

This ship is HUGE! Great shot, love the mountains in the background.

I wish I was on board!

Looks like I will spend a night or two on Whidbey island. Mum has decided.

Re your comment: I can't be contained!

But I did play golf. And it merely sprinkled a couple of times. The sun shone briefly and I took off my sweater. It was about 65 degrees. I was cold.

It is illegal to be that cold in Florida in February!
