Hi MB, I finally got your blog site to come up... I don't know what was wrong ---but I tried it MANY times.
That's too bad about the missing goose. Hope he/she returns soon... With all of those goslings, both parents are definitely needed. Keep us posted.

That is sad. They mate for life. We could learn something from them. The parent left will take care of the babies but then a very single existance will be his fate after the babies are grown. Peace be with you.
Mother goose will struggle to bring them up alone, but maybe he will return in time.

I tried to visit your blog yesterday but couldn't get in. Someone posted that City Daily Photo was making it difficult for some people to access certain blogs. I fear yours may have been one of them - at least it seemed to be blocking me.
But YAY! I'm visiting today! ;-)
I'm so sorry that he or she didn't return to the family...it is sad, especially knowing they mate for life. I am all hopes that the little ones grow under the watchful eye of the remaining parent and go happily on their way to start their own families.
Excellent shots. A lonely existence in store for the survivor...
