Hungry Birds

Today is Saturday---Time for Eileen's Saturday Critters.
Today it's the Birds---yes it is---o maybe something  more or not.
We'll start with the Chicadees
 The Chestnut-backed Chickadee

 Downey Woodpecker

 Pileated Woodpecker hiding out in a native cherry tree across the road

 One of my favorite the
Red-breasted Nuthatch
 So fun to watch
 Upside dow  Oh look a Chick-a-dee either landing or flying off
 And lastly we say bye with another Chicadee-dee-dee
Oops Here's Jane Doe and the twins

Lovely bird shots and the deer are adorable. We have a similar feeder and the birds love it.

This has been a slow year for birds at the cabin. And now it is time for those that are left will be leaving soon. Took down one seed feeder and one hummingbird feeder. Soon I will leave only one seed feeder for the winter, just in case someone comes by for a snack. - Margy

I love all your birds. And your photos of all your birds! And the deer! Did you leave some corn out for them?

Hope that you and your wonderful family are doing well! We're waiting for the hurricane and it should hit us big time on Monday but I think we'll be OK, as the highest winds are said to be about 70 mph.

Had to laugh at the caption on your last photo. Enjoyed seeing your bird photos. These are mostly common around our parts.

Love to see a Chestnut-backed Chickadee sometime. We did see a deer cross the road ahead of us tonight.
