I took the first picture at 8AM this morning---lots of fog around---took the second pic, of the same view, one hour later. The fog was lifting and we had sunny skies for most of the day. The fog did return in the evening.

Your fairy is called Columbine Goblindancer She is a bringer of riches and wealth. She lives in mushroom fields and quiet meadows. She is only seen when the bees swarm and the crickets chirrup. She wears lilac and purple like columbine flowers. She has gentle green wings like a butterfly.

i love your photos! the fog is enchanting!
Hi there, I love fog photos --and actually have a couple on my blog today...
Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy
How beautiful to see the fog lift to reveal a sunny day.
Very nice, MB. However, it does confirm what I've long suspected about people in Stanwood living in a fog! Heh, heh!
Hmmmpf. Been foggy here all day and wet cold. No rays of sunshine coming through at all. Both your shots are so beautiful!
Slightly better news today. Sounds like the climb back to some sort of normality will be steep and long...
Looks like Fog is everywhere. Love the little barn down the road. And I envy you getting to see Eagles so near. Peace
Gorgeous!
That's quite a change in a single hour. Both photos are wonderful. I especially like the first photo.
I'm catching up. what wonderful photos! I especially like the mushrooms and the frost photos! Well done!
Love it when those NW fall days start like that.
