I've always thought that tug boats were the friendliest, cutest little things! I seem to recall a little golden book that told me so. Ha! - That looks like a great place to be. I've only read articles about Whinbey Island. I hope you get over there to enjoy it often!
Hey! where have I seen one of these before?? Great shot. When I was a kid my grandparents had a friend that ran a tug. I used to get to take a ride once in a while. Good memories. Have a nice day MB.
Your fairy is called Columbine Goblindancer She is a bringer of riches and wealth. She lives in mushroom fields and quiet meadows. She is only seen when the bees swarm and the crickets chirrup. She wears lilac and purple like columbine flowers. She has gentle green wings like a butterfly.

Great shot of the tug. You must have been enjoying the water also. There used to be a tug Bunk & Breakfast on Lake Union.
Have you ever been to the tugboat races in Olympia?
Tugs seem so friendly -:)

Great photo and what a true name for those mighty little vessels. Peace
Yes, Castanet.
A very appropriate name for a tugboat!
