This is a one lane bridge over the Nooksack River on Mosquito Lake Rd. Note the date on the bridge--1915.
The Nooksack River is 75 miles long. Originatingin the Mt. Baker Wilderness near the Canadian border, it empties into Bellingham bay and via the Strait of Juan de Fuca into the Pacific Ocean.

Again such beautiful places!
The bridge is nearly 100 years old, but solid and stable. It is so good to get around in your region! Thank you!
MB, please come to my place, there is something waiting for YOU!
Have a nice weekend! Hugs, Maria
The bridge shot makes me feel like I'm travelling over it with you. It looks like a narrow bridge, but I guess there were not as many cars back in 1915 as there are now. LOL
Great bridge. I wonder why the name Toledo, its a place in Spain too.
Wonderful shot! I love the lines in the first one. That's a grand, old bridge.
Most things made in Ohio last a long time. 1915 and Toledo is stretching it a bit.
Oh my dear, no worry, take your time! ;)
A way cool bridge. And way cool photos.
The water looks like its moving pretty fast.
Great shots MB!! I love learning geography. You remind me of my favorite high school teacher, the one that taught geography. She was my favorite, by I can't remember her name! I'll have to call my ex-wife, she'll remember.
Great shots, MB! Yep, gonna try to get up there next month for a hike.
Pretty bridge...but those one-laners can be tricky!
