Wet but some blue sky

Looking west where usually we can see some blue sky.  To the west is the Skagit River, Puget Sound and then the Pacific Ocean--sooner or later. Often the marine winds blow across the waters and send all the rain filled clouds east so while we may have gray overcast we may still see some blue sky looking west.

That's really nice. No wonder that guy said "Look west, young man, look west." Uh oh, I goofed. He said "Go west..."

Well, you can still have a great view looking west! And that's even if you're all wet! :)

The sun has lifted here and the sun is working to shine through high thin clouds. A walk will be in order this afternoon.

Wow - fabulous view. We had clouds all day and it is clearing now and getting chilly - maybe tomorrow we'll get some of your sunshine.
