Pretty blooms

My Saucer Magnolia (Magnolia x soulangeana also called Tulip tree) is blooming now and with the beautiful weather it is really putting on a show.  This is at my house, standing on the deck looking through the tree.
What a gorgeous blue sky.  yesterday

Not only are the blooms spectacular but so are those blue skies and green pastures.

Beautiful shots of the no less beautiful blooming Magnolia. Here they already are covered with new leaves.

Just gorgeous, MB. We had one of these trees in the back yard of our old house in east Ocala. I'd never seen one before and was mesmerized by its beauty.

You have a plethora of glorious flora up thataway this time of year!

I enlarged all of the photos so I could pretend I was standing there with you. I refuse to plant this tree because often here in TN the weather gets bad and the blooms turn yucky. I do enjoy the ones that people have planted if the weather has been kind. I want to be part of the 1.5 million to visit the fall and your Jay is prettier than ours but sounds like they have the same attitudes. Have a wonderful weekend. Peace

I would say that your tree is putting on a spectacular show. I really like your first picture with the beautiful sky. It's pouring down rain here in Tennessee.

Oh what a sight! I think I missed the magnolias here. We had that sky and 79° on Thursday and now we're back in winter...

You truly live in God's country - no doubt about it.

Your backyard looks like the Garden of Eden.

Those pictures of Snoqualmie Falls are breath taking (is that what you call something that takes your breath away?) -- incredible. Such power.

We do not have the Stellar Jay out here in Iowa. That is quite a bird!

So much in just a few days!

Nothing lovelier than the PNW on a beautiful blue=sky day! And your magnolia is magnificent.

Your saucer magnolias are so lush! I love their color - if only they lasted a little longer each season.
