I am not good at taking videos I keep forgetting to stop the camera if I am moving around and I don't know how to edit in fact I never thought about it----what you get is ...............................
These are Snow Geese on Fir Island in the Skagit Valley. there were literally 10's of thousands. We watched for at least 1/2 hour as the birds left one field joined with geese in the sky and crossed over the road and us and landed in another field right beside us. Awesome

...I lost count.
Snow geese are amazing then they migrate in such dense flocks. I once saw a migrating flock that must have had a million birds in it.
The sound and the sight of them is amazing!
Good Lord! That's almost scary. Here comes Hitchcock. Keep up with the videos and maybe you could do a new "The Birds," featuring your snow geese. I'll come up and be the one they attack if I get top billing and some of your apple pie.
Very awesome!
My completely non-scientific estimate of the snow geese flock I saw was on a lake that was at least two miles long and nearly a mile wide covered from shore to shore with geese. It was in March, and was the largest flock I ever saw. Don't know where they came from or were going to, but they were gone the next day.
Oh, MB, isn't it wonderful! Love seeing and hearing them like this. I suppose if we lived where it was constant we might get tired of it but love it to go and visit.
Amazing!!!
That's a lot of birds in one spot. - Margy
