HOT!

Well it's been hot here---at least hot for us out this way.  89 degrees F today with the air filled with smoke from all the wild fires --Washington, Oregon, California and now Montana and other places too.  into the 100's F tomorrow

 We haven't had too much fog lately but some early mornings we do and it can be beautiful.

 During the Family Festival of Farms which is usually in October in our area we went to this yummy place in Sedro Woolley just up the road from us.

TREES

 Took a ride up in the mountains---thank goodness they are pretty close.  We went up Baker Lake road along side Mt. Baker.  No Snow but lots of trees.

Interesting floral stuff.  Famous mountain Blueberries, Fireweed and another fireweed I thought was interesting and a nodding grass seed head

Notice hardly any snow on the mountain. Yes we are experiencing a drought
