Little Hummer

I was taking pictures of This Sweet Little Hummingbird and she obliged me--posing and flitting about
Later we found a bird in the sky light and had to rescue her---maybe she is the same one.
 Hummingbirds love Crocosmia
 Also Larkspur
Here's the one in the sky light

 Who's hiding in the bushes.
Here is Bingo patiently waiting to go for a walk

Anyone who loves Crocosmia is someone I will visit!
I was outdoors this morning taking pictures of one of my beds of Crocosmia.
Have you ever visited Ireland and seen how prolific that flower is . . .
Oh my . . .
Love your little hummer picture . . .
Very nice!

Funny how often we post the same subjects - love your little hummingbird. Mine haven't been so busy lately - but they are fun when they are around.

Very cool post. Thanks for rescuing that cute little bird. Is Bingo a bird-dog?

Amazing photo with the humming bird in your hand. As they say, "A bird in the hand…" Your dog looks really sweet in your portrait.

Great pictures. When ours aren't at the feeder they go way up the cliff into the bush. Not easy to get some natural shots. - Margy

Lovely to see the hummers -- now that we don't live at the Lake, we don't see many; I will have to drive to do my birding and since I haven't had time to do that yet, i really appreciate your shares! Bingo does look like he is patient!

Viewing from The Barn Collective. You captured some unique barn architecture. I really like the long slopping roof of the first one. Probably weather related.
