Full Moon Sky Watch

We have been having rainy windy days and probably nights too---I'm sleeping.  But last night the sky cleared sort of and the moon came out.  Very different.  Not he sharpest pictures but kind of mysterious.
 A swirl of clouds
 Lots of strange colors
And then the moon popped out
And there it is!!!

The clouds add mystery to the shot. Great shots of the moon.

Is it full moon time again already? Boy were you patient. Lovely photos of a challenging subject.

I was out the other night, but I just can't get the hang of nighttime shooting. I was even using my tripod. I have been overusing the programs. Need to embrace the dark side and start messing with the settings manually I guess.

Your area is very beautiful as I've said before but now I must add it's very spooky, too. Nice shots, but what we're you doing up in the middle of the night? Hmmm?

I really like all of your moon pictures. I'm glad the moon finally popped out, but the photos with the clouds are beautiful.

I really like the mood in these shots. It's been a few nights since I've seen the moon- we've had mostly overcast and snowy days for quite a streak now.

I did not even go outside to see the moon...I guess I am just an old lazy bones!

These are great shots. My moon never got past light spot on the clouds.

I looked on the satellite weather map last night and it looked like we were in the eye of the storm. Everything else was circled around us. - Margy
