It even started up way highr and flowed on down the mountain to the river below.

That is so neat! It looks like stairs. I would name this waterfall "God's Stairs". Man, I would hate to slip at the top and fall, fall, fall all the way down. That would be a long way to go and I doubt a person could survive it.
I don't think I've ever seen a terraced waterfall...I wonder if it's natural or made by humanoids? Very pretty, whatever! And big!
Re your comment about the bike...this is the only one that I've seen made this way. We have a lot of motorcycles with two wheel in back but this is the first I've seen with two wheels in the front. Very strange. And costly. It's a BMW!
Your fairy is called Columbine Goblindancer She is a bringer of riches and wealth. She lives in mushroom fields and quiet meadows. She is only seen when the bees swarm and the crickets chirrup. She wears lilac and purple like columbine flowers. She has gentle green wings like a butterfly.

Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog today... I have been very sad--but I know that Susan is in a better place now.

Now that's a waterfall. I love the natural steps at the top. - Margy

Very nice. Wish I were there as that water looks so cool.
Here in Iowa it is beyond hot! Heat feels like 110-115 and air temp is in upper 90s.
Enjoy your beautiful Washington weather!! Send some our way!!!
Take care.
