In these poor economic times that must be a steal.
2 MIL??? Oh my gosh! Bet it sits there awhile!
Too big for me, I'm a simple girl!
Beautiful and if I had the cash, I would buy it in a heart beat. First thing I would do would be to cut those horrible trees out front. I meant to say earlier thanks for putting back up one of my favorite headers for your blog. That is such a peaceful and colorful scene. Peace
Well If I'm going to come out there to live,{is this near you?} I love the house and grounds, but they are going to have to come down to a million.

Ok I was loving it until the price. I dont have that kind of money or credit, but I guess its not that bad of a deal, it comes with a lot of land.
Wow, well, while I think it would be a spectacular place to live...2 million is WAY out of my range. Thanks for sharing!
At 2 million I'd guess that is a good deal for a house that size with 70 acres?
Thanks but I think we will pass. Rather spend the 2 mil. on a gardener, maid and butler and stay put. Did that been there.
So pretty...my dogs would love all the room to run!
Beautiful place, amazing price, but too much work for me.
That seems to be a true bargain!
Sorry for not being visiting as often as I wished.
For the moment by I'll have to pay a weekly visit.
Sorry.
Only $2 million? Too bad it's so far away or I'd snap it up in a minute. (YEAH, RIGHT!)
Actually, 70 acres is a lot of land and 4,000 square feet is a lot of house. Truth is, I'd like to own it but I can't afford it. ;-)
YIKES!!!! That's a whole lotta cash. It sure is pretty there though...
