While in Eastern Washington I got several pics of a Yellow Headed Blackbird. Very special for me
They flit around so fast--I was lucky to catch this guy
Believe it or not this is a Porcupine in a Pine tree. Interesting I thought
One of the best ranch horses names Junior
And this is Newt just a baby and learning
And of course Jacky ---he loves to run and play

Hello,
I love the last photo of Jacky, he looks like he is really having fun. Beautiful horses. The Yellow-headed Blackbird is a beauty. I have never seen a porcupine in the wild, neat find. Thanks for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your day and weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment on my blog.
...around here the only Porcupines that I see are laying in the road. Neat bird and lovely horses.
A great series of critter photos!
Beautiful horses!
And how very interesting to find a porcupine in a tree!
Have a wonderful weekend!
A porcupine in a tree, how strange but makes for a great photo. Love the horses and the bird. Jacky justs wants to have fun. :)
Excellent creature photos. Horses are always good photo subjects. I have seen more yellow headed black birds this spring, perhaps it is because it has been so wet?
I have never seen a Yellow-headed Blackbird.
How neat to see that Porcupine! WOW! And the blackbird is beautiful! I've never seen one of these either!
A good perch for a porcupine.
Hugs to Junior, Newt, and Jacky ♥♥♥
Great capture of the Yellow headed Blackbird. Lovely bit of colour.
Junior has a look in his eyes...looks so intelligent. Not that Newt is good looking too.
I have never seen a yellow headed blackbird...had never heard of them till just a couple years ago. Lucky you!
The bay reminds me of my first horse, Misty. But she was a mare. - Margy
