This mural is on the outdoor wall of a restaurant right in Stanwood. It used to be a picture of some cows peeking around. One day it was this and I know nothing about it.

Murals make a town so interesting to walk. We had a terrible tagging incident on one of Powell River's wall murals. We don't have that many to start with. Public opinion ranged from outrage to a desire to find a place to allow taggers to express their artistic talent. We already have a cement wall down by the seawalk (part of the old hockey arena that was torn down years ago) that taggers are allowed to use, but I think there is a whole new brand of tagger in town. They prefer to place their work right in the middle of public view. - Margy
