Englis Boom Historic Park

English Boom Park is a small park on Camano Island situated on Skagit Bay across from Stanwood. On the map you can see Stanwood on the right and Camano Island on the left. I took my dog Bingo there for a walk Tuesday morning. The tide was way out. I see I posted the pictures backward--par for the course for me. So the first shows the road to the park and the next is a shot across the Bay from Camano to Stanwood and then some history and the map showing Stanwood on the right and Camano Island on the left with Skagit Bay most prominate. It was a nice day.

Answering to your question about the shade ... it's my daughter Sara, the guitar player.

All of that green makes me think of humidity and snakes in the trees. LOL.

Fascinating! Gorgeous scenery...I'd love to walk around, ride my bike and take photos there...

I'd say, if anyone asked about your post today, "Bingo!"

Hi Mary Beth, I'm catching up. Loved seeing the riders/games/kids, etc..

That park is a neat place also. As I've said, you live in a gorgeous area of the country.

We are home from our Anniversary trip. I'll blog about it tomorrow.

Hope you are having a great week.
Hugs,
Betsy
