These two Barn Swallows (Hirundo rustica) were on the deck rail right outside the living room windows. (the dirty ones). It looked like they were trying to tell each other something. Aren't there funny little faces cute. What do you think it could be.
These are delightful! I love the way they cock their heads to listen. We have so many cardinals around our place and they cheep very loudly, especially in the mornings. Kinda drives one nuts...plus they hide so far up in the trees I never can see them
Wonderful shots through your windows. I'm not sure I've ever seen barn swallows on a railing. Either I see them on overhead wires or flying. SO that's what they look like. LOL
Your fairy is called Columbine Goblindancer She is a bringer of riches and wealth. She lives in mushroom fields and quiet meadows. She is only seen when the bees swarm and the crickets chirrup. She wears lilac and purple like columbine flowers. She has gentle green wings like a butterfly.

Oh, don't worry about the windows. Those photos are great. Don't you wonder what they're saying?
They are having a very animated conversation! They are so cute!
"What does that person have in their hand?"
Who knows what they are saying! They are beautiful and your windows look like mine!
You sure the twisted neck one didn't fly into the window? He sure looks like it. Nice shots whatever happened.
You probably remember when people lived and died at home and endured wakes. I wrote about it here. http://bing-it.blogspot.com/

Great pictures.
You do take the greatest photos. Don't worry about your windows, wouldn't have known they were taken from the outside until you confessed.
Oh Mary Beth, the Barn Swallows are beautiful.. You captured some great photos of them.
Hugs,
Betsy
